QMedia

QMedia is comprised of two student Societies, the QMU magazine and the recently launched QMU radio.
These societies offer students with an interests in publications; writing, Editing, presenting or broadcasting a chance to enhance or develop skills through co-producing these mediums. Open to all, Qmedia offers an excellent platform to get involved in producing dynamic student focused media.
This year both societies will be lifted to new heights, receiving significant investment and attention to ensure that we put them both back on the map.

Qmusu Magazine
The Magazine team will produce two publications which will be released at the end of each term. They will take the form of informative yet light hearted publications based on QMU students; issues, events, interviews and heaps more tantalising text, to ensure it’s interesting, current and becomes an essential publication in 2011/12.
We will be looking for;
• Project Co-ordinators
• Editors
• Designers
• Journalists

Qmusu Radio
Recently launched Qmusu Radio has being taking form over the last year. With a new direction in place the aim is to have a Dynamic student lead team to take it to the next level. Offering a wide variety off opportunity utilising prerecord or live shows the radio has become one of the Students Unions most exciting prospects. We will be looking for a team to dedicated time to make sure this service plays its part in enriching the student experience.
