We're delighted to offer you exclusive use of the Students' Union Cafe Bar during Freshers Fayre on Monday 22nd September to promote your clubs and societies!
 
Rather than have you lost in the crowd in the Sports hall; we'd like to offer you the space in the Union Cafe Bar area where you will have greater exposure for your stalls.
 
We've allowed Images Scotland use of the Cafe Bar space as they are keen to meet with you to discuss Club & Society polo-shirts/hoodies etc, but otherwise, the space is there for you to grab!
 
As an extra incentive, we are offering £15 to each Club and Society that claims a stall in the Union.  OK, so it won't be cash and it is for the exclusive use of promoting your club/society i.e. balloons and posters; but it's a little helping hand.
 
The £15 will be on a reimbursement/invoice basis and will not include the purchase of alcohol, tobacco or anything we deem as offensive or inappropriate.
 
You must hand in or send your invoice and/or receipts to the Union by the 15th September to be reimbursed.  The offer ends on Monday 15th September at 5pm.
 
Be crreative and adventurous - it's amazing what you can do with £15!!
